Cold Rooms

Positive and negative cold rooms ICEBERG offer a refrigeration to multiple functions and remarkable characteristics.

Functional, they are indispensable in the manufacture of foodstuffs, supermarkets, the retail trade, factories, the means of transportation as well as the restoration and the hotel business.

Materials used for the manufacture of panels and accessories were chosen as their quality and their finish oriented to foodstuffs.

To satisfy the various requirements, cold rooms ICEBERG are proposed in three thicknesses of insulation :

80 mm for the conservation of the fresh products,
100 mm for the conservation of the frech and frozen products,
120 mm for the conservation of the frozen products.

Cold rooms ICEBERG distinguish themselves particularly thanks to their robustness, their very high qualities in hygiene and their big utilitarian comfort.

ICEBERG
Pannels

They are sandwich type and made up of two metal supports between which the polyurethane foam is injected in order to form the thermal insulation.
- Density : ± 40kg/m3.
- Thermal conductivity : 0.022W / m.°C
- Fire reaction classification : M2 (M1 on request)
Wall, Covering

They are made in three thicknesses: 80, 100 and 120 mm. Standard execution in galvanised sheet steel coated with a rigid PVC film.

Floor (Standard execution)

Surface is in galvanized sheet steel, coated with a grey antiskid rigid PVC film whose thickness is of 200 μm. Reinforcement with chipboard panels inserted into the polyurethan foam. Permissable charge : 1 000 kg / m2.

Corners

Vertical and horizontal corners pieces, in galvanized sheet steel coated with a light PVC film.

Door
- One hinged door
- Side thickness 80 mm,100 mm and 120 mm
- Free way : 700 x 1850 mm H
- Right or left opening
- Handle with keylock.
